Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Business Management Solutions

£30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission!

THE COMPANY:

Position: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Typical week:

  • 3 days working from the office in Central London
  • 2 days working from home

Initial Role: Grow through prospecting candidates while honing essential commercial skills.

Package Overview

Remuneration:

  • £30,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission structure, estimated OTE of £35k+ Year 1
