Position: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Typical week:
- 3 days working from the office in Central London
- 2 days working from home
Initial Role: Grow through prospecting candidates while honing essential commercial skills.

Package Overview
Remuneration:
- £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure, estimated OTE of £35k+ Year 1
Leave & Flexibility:
- 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
- Flexible working: Option for 2 days working from home
