We're looking for ambitious graduates ideally in Mathematics, Data Science, Physics or any quantitative discipline who are curious, analytical and eager to solve complex business problems. Preferably MSc qualified, no aviation experience is required, the client is interested in how you think, communicate and approach challenges.
The Opportunity
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced consultants on a variety of client projects spanning operational performance, strategy, policy and regulatory analysis. You'll receive structured training, mentoring and coaching through a dedicated graduate development programme, with opportunities to take on client-facing responsibilities early in your career.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting consulting projects from analysis through to delivery.
- Researching, analysing and solving complex business problems.
- Preparing reports, presentations and recommendations for clients.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Working closely with senior consultants, coaches and mentors to accelerate your professional development.
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
About You
We're looking for graduates who have:
- A strong academic background.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
- Good Python/R, SQL and Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn new tools.
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term consulting career.
