Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Collaborate directly with clients to assess and understand their business models, key risk exposures, and management priorities
  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk strategies
  • Co-develop and implement risk management frameworks in line with business objectives
  • Provide actionable recommendations, leveraging best practices and industry standards
  • Compile and present findings and insights to client and internal audiences
  • Work closely with specialised consulting teams to deliver integrated risk solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader in strategic risk management
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely service delivery

Requirements

To excel in this programme, you must have:

  • A 2:1 degree (or equivalent qualification), with immediate eligibility to start in September 2026
  • A proven aptitude for strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership and effective teamwork
  • Eligibility to work legally in the UK or Republic of Ireland (visa sponsorship unavailable)
  • An intrinsic interest in risk mitigation (experience or formal qualifications not required)
