Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Collaborate directly with clients to assess and understand their business models, key risk exposures, and management priorities
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk strategies
- Co-develop and implement risk management frameworks in line with business objectives
- Provide actionable recommendations, leveraging best practices and industry standards
- Compile and present findings and insights to client and internal audiences
- Work closely with specialised consulting teams to deliver integrated risk solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader in strategic risk management
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely service delivery
Requirements
To excel in this programme, you must have:
- A 2:1 degree (or equivalent qualification), with immediate eligibility to start in September 2026
- A proven aptitude for strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership and effective teamwork
- Eligibility to work legally in the UK or Republic of Ireland (visa sponsorship unavailable)
- An intrinsic interest in risk mitigation (experience or formal qualifications not required)
