The Client
Harmonic is excited to be working once again exclusively with a fast-growth sports foundation who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join its growing team.
This foundation was founded through the love of making sport accessible for less advantaged families and players. These programs help young people to have access to soft skills development, improvements in mental and physical health alongside connecting them through a community that is not discriminated by socioeconomic backgrounds. They have grown their fundraising income from £800,000, to £2.5m over the last three years, and looking to continue and accelerate this trajectory, growing fundraised income to £8m by 2028.
The foundation is currently going through an exponential level of growth and is looking for bright, ambitious graduates who are looking to make a real impact and change to communities in London through the love of football. The team is proud of their non-corporate, fun and innovative culture where they provide comprehensive training and incredible career progression.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
