What is the role?
As a Graduate Customer Success Manager at Wealth Dynamix, you will undergo full training in Wealth Dynamix software solutions and play a key role in delivering digital transformation solutions to clients in the wealth management industry. This role offers the opportunity to work across various project stages, from defining the solution, configuring the product to meet client needs, and delivering and supporting clients through the implementation process. You will gain valuable experience in both client-facing and technical aspects of software consultancy while developing expertise in Wealth Dynamix products.

Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation:
- Support the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of new features for existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
Wealth Dynamix Product Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of Wealth Dynamix software solutions, becoming a trusted resource for clients.
Client-Focused Activities
- Assist with setting up trial platforms for new prospects and clients.
- Support clients in importing their data and configuring specific areas of the Wealth Dynamix platform based on their needs.
- Run demonstrations for new prospects and existing clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
Training & Support
- Liaise with trainers to support client training sessions, and when required, deliver training directly to clients.
- Work closely with the product team to stay up to date with new features and updates in Wealth Dynamix products.
- Uphold security best practices to protect systems, data, and people.
Knowledge Base Maintenance
- Maintain the Client Success platform by contributing to the creation of new knowledge base articles, help sections, and training materials to assist clients in navigating the platform.

Who is best suited to this role?
- Interest in FinTech/Wealth Management: With experience as a CSM, you should have a genuine interest in FinTech or Wealth Management, or be eager to learn and engage with the industry proactively.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Mindset & Core Skills
- Curiosity & Learning: Naturally curious with a strong desire to ask questions and deepen your understanding of the Wealth Dynamix solutions and the client’s needs.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative team player who understands the importance of contributing to collective success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style depending on the audience—whether it's running product demonstrations, writing documentation, or collaborating with internal teams.
- Agile Methodology: Understanding of tools and methodologies used in an agile software delivery process, with a focus on flexibility and iterative improvement.
- Self-Starter: A proactive approach to self-learning, constantly looking for ways to add value to clients, teams, and the broader business.
