We’re searching for a Graduate Data Analyst to join us on a permanent basis to work with our commercial finance team and our HR Director. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a large and growing business to grow and develop your skills within analysis and work cross-functionally. You will possess existing strong analytical skills and have a keen interest in applying commercial analysis to improve business performance. We’re also seeking an interest in incentive scheme innovation and communication.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform statistical analysis of data using PowerBi and MS Excel.
- Produce reports to senior leaders to assist with data driven decision making.
- Use PowerBI and SQL to create reporting dashboards for easy translation of complex data.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to understand business needs.
Experience and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as maths, statistics or computer engineering.
- IT Literate with advanced MS Excel skills and an understanding of PowerBi and/or SQL.
- Great communication skills and the ability to translate complex data to easy-to-understand information.
- The willingness to learn, grow and develop with the role.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
- A keen interest in HR or employment law.
