Graduate Data Analyst

We’re looking for someone who completed an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Computing, Data Science, Mathematics or related discipline within the past 3 years to join us on our Graduate Scheme.

This is a 2-year graduate scheme, with the possibility of a future permanent position as we grow.

During your first few months, you will spend time rotating around various Copper House (i.e. support teams based at head office) departments, spending time within People, Marketing, Food and Operations Teams to understand the unique nature and challenges of our business.

Following this, you will join our IT department, focusing on all things Data Analysis.

Requirements

  • Understanding of data quality, validation and testing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic analysis (e.g. pivot tables, lookups)
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users.
  • Organised, pragmatic and able to manage time effectively across multiple tasks, with autonomy.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a data-focused role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
