Introduction

Evident is an intelligence platform that benchmarks and tracks AI adoption across the financial services sector.

Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of AI across the sector by creating the most complete, unbiased and transparent public benchmarks of AI capability.

Since the launch of our flagship product in January 2023, the Evident AI Index has rapidly become the global standard benchmark for AI maturity in financial services.

Why join us:

  • We are index experts. Our Co-Founders Alexandra Mousavizadeh and Annabel Ayles have more than 30 years of experience building complex indices that drive positive change in the world
  • We are building a cutting edge research team that uses the latest techniques in machine learning to build faster and better data collection and analysis tools
  • We’ve been backed by some of the world’s leading tech investors, including the backers of Revolut and the tech commentator Scott Galloway
  • We’re working with some of the world's largest banks, helping them shape their AI strategies impacting millions of customers

If you are interested in advancing your career at a fast-growing, innovative and impact-driven company, you can read about Our Values and Our Commitment to Responsible AI. Our commitments to diversity and inclusion are set out at the end of this job description.

The Role

This role offers outstanding graduates and early-career candidates the opportunity to begin their career in data analytics within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll work primarily within our Data Analytics team, while also gaining exposure to Data Engineering and Data Science through cross-functional projects.

You’ll help produce and analyse the datasets that underpin Evident’s benchmarks, research and client products. Over time, you’ll build strong analytical and technical skills, while developing a deep understanding of how AI adoption is measured across the world’s largest financial institutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
