Graduate Data Scientist / Fast-Growing FinTech / London
A fast-growing FinTech startup is looking for a Graduate Data Scientist to join its high-performing data team and help shape the next generation of intelligent, data-driven products.

What they're looking for:
- 1+ years' experience in Data Science (commercial, academic, or personal projects)
- Strong Python skills (Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch or similar)
- Understanding of statistics, machine learning, and experimentation (A/B testing, model validation)
- Experience with SQL and modern data tooling such as dbt, BigQuery, Spark, or similar
- Strong problem-solving ability with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, or another STEM discipline
- Ambitious individuals looking to accelerate your career in a fast-paced startup

Nice to have:
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
