What they're looking for:

  • 1+ years' experience in Data Science (commercial, academic, or personal projects)
  • Strong Python skills (Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch or similar)
  • Understanding of statistics, machine learning, and experimentation (A/B testing, model validation)
  • Experience with SQL and modern data tooling such as dbt, BigQuery, Spark, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, or another STEM discipline
  • Ambitious individuals looking to accelerate your career in a fast-paced startup
