Responsibilities
Examples of what you’ll do:
- Design and improve data pipelines—contributing to the evolution of data systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficient processing across diverse tech stacks.
- Ensure data correctness and scalability, working closely with software engineers to:
- Validate data
- Define key metrics
- Improve robustness in reporting and analytics systems
- Develop internal data products and tooling, including scalable solutions like:
- Reporting engines
- Forecasting tools
- (Used broadly across the company by product teams)
- Support platform-wide decision-making by partnering with multiple teams to:
- Drive analytical and modeling work
- Inform business planning and performance tracking
- Leverage AI to accelerate work and uncover insights, enabling you to:
- Move faster within processes
- Surface actionable ideas and opportunities
- Study competitor products and industry trends

- European/Global applicants:
- Entry: €66,065 (+lower-equity-standard applicable), exit: €107,837–€188,848 and beyond (if exceptional output).

Employment & Dynamic Setup

- Remote (from approved countries Onboarding/Insourcing Requirement**: Initial 3–6 month office presence at Milan preferred.
