Location: London

Description

Supporting all database activity to the business you will provide technical and reporting support for AFME’s CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics delivering a continuous improvement and enhancement programme for our Database that meets key business goals. You will work with Events, Marketing and business stakeholders to identify initiatives, define requirements, prioritise, test, and deliver on projects that maximise value from Dynamics 365 and our email-marketing platform.

Working with AFME’s Committees, Membership, Communications, Events and Finance teams you will provide first-line support for our Database related needs and enquiries from business users, which may involve liaising with and managing third-party technical support providers. You will be expected to identify solutions and implement or recommend actions as needed.

As part of the Digital Services team you will be directly involved in related projects, including integration with our CMS and front-end websites, marketing automation strategy and data capture strategies via all digital channels.

Important information:

  • This is a paid graduate programme
  • Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

Membership

  • Provide database support to the CRM Manager on data-related tasks including quality of membership data, producing committee reports, creating membership newsletters and membership-related bounce back reports ensuring quality and accuracy of reports before distribution

Events

  • Assist the CRM Manager on all events-related CRM support ensuring quality of events data, to include size and effectiveness for Marketing department purposes

Policy & Advocacy Teams

  • Support the teams on data input into Microsoft dynamics CRM and assist with monthly credit control efforts

Marketing/Communications

  • Support the work for improved data segmentation and targeting, for the creation of Marketing lists

Key Competencies & Experience

Essential:

  • Previous experience in data/administration
  • Intermediate Excel

Desirable:

  • Experience in a dedicated CRM role, working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Good working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics (2011, 2016 or Dynamics 365)
