Location: Bristol

What the program looks like:
- You will have your own personally designed rotational programme that will give you exposure to key areas of insurance broking, including but not limited to, broking, handling, claims, operations, risk management & sales.
- You will develop your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry whilst pursuing professional qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Insurance.
- Develop Management and Leadership skills to benefit the business and develop our leaders of the future.
We would love you to bring:
- A degree in any subject, ideally related to mathematics/economics/business
- You will need to be an upcoming or recent university graduate
- A desire to work towards professional qualification
- Analytical capability coupled with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and lots of enthusiasm
- Team player with open communication when working with others

Not only will you be gaining valuable experience through on-the-job, technical and professional skills training but you will also receive support towards achieving Chartered Institute of Insurance Advanced Diploma via a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship.
We are committed to you and your career, so our graduate roles are permanent roles from the day your probation period is completed. Once you’ve completed your programme, we’ll work with you to understand where your interests and strengths are and will work with you to decide which of the departments you’ll work within on a permanent basis.
