About the role
The Role
If you're ambitious, curious, and excited by the idea of building a well-rounded career in a dynamic industry, this is your moment. We're looking for driven, energetic graduates to join our Graduate Development Programme - an 18-month journey designed to fast-track your development and set you up for long-term success across a range of business functions.
Based in London, you'll rotate through key areas of our business gaining hands-on experience, expert training, and real responsibility from day one. You'll learn how our industry works, how our customers think, and how each function contributes to delivering the service and expertise that sets GAP apart. You will spend some time in our Glasgow head office.
By the end of the programme, you won't just understand our business, you'll be ready to make an impact. You'll know how to build strong relationships, solve problems, support commercial decisions, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

About You
What You'll Be Doing
- Rotating across Operations, Commercial, and Sales to build a deep understanding of how the business works
- Learning how to deliver exceptional customer service and support customer-focused solutions
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Supporting commercial and operational decision-making through hands-on experience
- Developing core business skills from problem-solving to communication and project delivery
- Gaining exposure to real projects, real customers, and real responsibility

What You'll Bring
We're looking for graduates who bring a willingness to learn and the drive to succeed, including:
- A graduate degree
- An interest in developing a broad skill set across operations, commercial activity, and customer engagement
- Strong communication skills - you're clear, confident, and great with people
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems
- A team player attitude with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
- A full UK driving license is ideal, but not essential
