Sales Graduate – Fast‑Growing Commercial Business
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Office‑based, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + OTE £31k-36k

About the Role
You’ll be joining a growing commercial business specialising in fuel solutions for organisations across the UK. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of new business generation — speaking with companies, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that make a real difference. This is a great role for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a target‑driven environment, and wants to develop strong commercial skills.

The Role
- Making outbound calls to potential business customers using a high‑quality database.
- Handling inbound enquiries and explaining pricing, products, and service options clearly.
- Delivering confident, structured sales conversations that highlight value.
- Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend the best solution.
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Managing objections professionally and resolving customer queries with care.
- Working towards — and aiming to exceed — personal and team KPI's
