About Ferrovial Construction UK&I
Ferrovial Construction is the UK based engineering and construction arm of the Ferrovial Group. It is the largest private transport infrastructure operator in the world in terms of capital invested. The role
Ferrovial Construction is looking for a Digital Construction & Data Management Graduate to join the Quality and Design Department. The Ferrovial 2-year graduate development programme is designed to develop personal, professional and technical skills through a blended approach.
Location – Euston, London
Key Accountabilities:
- Utilise digital systems, Common Data Environments (CDE), and industry-standard software such as Dalux and Procore to support project delivery.
- Modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling practices under the guidance of line management.
- Develop an understanding of project-specific BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs).
- Prepare clear reports summarising project activities, including site visits and technical observations.
- Gain an understanding of commonly used forms of contract, including NEC and JCT.
- Support the review, checking, and verification of project deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, and assist in maintaining up-to-date records within project information systems.
Skills and Competence
We are looking for graduates with:
- Excellent written and communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels
- Degree or master’s in Architecture, Architectural or Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management
- Motivated to learn and add value to the team, the role and the Graduate program
- Analytical thinker who enjoys problem solving.
- Logical mindset with strong numerical skills.
- Proficient at analysing and manipulating large amounts of data and information
- A proven team player who can effectively work with others
- Enjoys working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to working and learning
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the industry
- Familiar with all Microsoft packages

Essential:
- Must have right to work in the UK by the start of employment and throughout the entirety of the graduate program.
