The Role
About the Team
The role resides in our Insight and Reporting team. This dynamic part of businesses is essential for navigating the 21st century. Our team plays a vital role in Gamma, combining:
- Day-to-day activities
- Project-based work
We align with the business by delivering data-driven insights, both at an overarching (macro) and specific (micro) level, directly influencing decision-making across the company.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing daily:

Executing monthly reporting processes Ensuring accurate and timely delivery

Enhancing reports
- Through automation
- Adding new products/services data
- Investigating and resolving anomalies to ensure clear, impactful insights

Data visualisation using tools like Power BI Presenting data effectively via visualisation tools

Building and managing complex systems that drive reporting Maintaining underlying technical infrastructure

Preparing, cleaning and processing data pipelines Primarily using SQL and basic Python (both taught on the job)

Engaging with leadership and teams Answering questions for C-suite, sales, and operations teams
Requirements
All skills are not mandatory, but experience in:
- Communication skills – managing key stakeholder relationships
- Problem-solving – relishing challenges as we innovate with new products and improve systems
- Relationship-building – collaborating effectively across teams and internal customers
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Excel is a must. Additional experience in:
- Databases and SQL (advantageous)
- Python and Power BI (advantageous)
- A keen interest in coding and working with complex systems is highly encouraged
Qualifications and Experience
- Provide evidence of strong academic achievement (at least a 2:1 predicted degree, or equivalent) Preferred from a STEM discipline
- A minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualifications

Hybrid Working Requirements
- The role expects you to work from our London office (near Liverpool Street) 3 days a week, with flexibility arranged for remaining days.

Additional Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK and willing to pass a basic DBS check
