About the Role

This role is within our Insight and Reporting team—a vital and complex part of businesses navigating the 21st century. Our team plays a central role in how Gamma operates.

We combine day-to-day activities with project work, providing our sales and operations teams with the data needed to drive macro and micro-level decision-making, directly influencing how the business functions. We also deliver robust insights to answer specific questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute monthly reporting processes
  • Improve and automate reports, integrating new products and services, and resolving anomalies to deliver clear insights
  • Visualise data using tools like Power BI
  • Build and maintain the complex systems that drive reporting
  • Prepare, clean, and pipeline data for business-wide use (primarily SQL, with entry-level Python)
  • Engage with senior leadership (C-suite), sales, and operations teams to answer their questions

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who don’t need to meet every requirement but should align with many of these:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach—we thrive on systems improvements and new product introductions
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and internal clients
  • Proficiency in Excel, with an advantage if you have experience in databases, SQL, Python, or Power BI (these will be taught on the job)
  • Based on success at A-Level or equivalent, we require a predicted or achieved 2:1 degree from a top university, preferably in a STEM discipline
  • Some analytical work experience is a plus (not essential)
  • Availability for hybrid work 3 days/week in our London office (Liverpool Street area)
