About the Role
The Reporting Analyst role is based in our Insight and Reporting Team, a vital and complex part of businesses evolving in the 21st Century. Our work blends day-to-day activities with project work, aiming to:
- Provide sales and operations teams with the data to drive decision-making at macro and micro levels
- Influence how the business is run
- Find answers to specific questions through robust insights

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute monthly reporting processes
- Improve those reports via:
- Automation
- Adding new products/services coverage
- Investigating and resolving reporting anomalies
- Delivering clear, impactful insights for stakeholders
- Deliver data via visualisation tools like Power BI
- Build and maintain complex systems driving reporting operations
- Prepare, clean, and pipeline data (primarily in SQL), with introduction to Python (taught on the job)
- Interact with:
- Senior leadership (including C-suite)
- Sales & operations teams
- Answer their questions
Requirements & Skills
We’re looking for analytical problem-solvers with:
- Proven communication skills and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
- Passion for systems design—especially if you:
- Love problem-solving
- Want to work with fast-moving, high-growth teams
- Experience with:
- Excel (a must)
- AST database/SQL (helpful but not essential)
- Python/Power BI (advantageous but not mandatory)
For college candidates:
- Grade requirement: Strong A-levels + a 2:1 (or predicted) from a top university, preferably STEM-based
