Ecommerce Growth Associate (Graduate / Early-Career Programme)
Location: Ireland (Remote / Hybrid)
Eligibility:

To support this vision, we are launching our Ecommerce Growth Associate Programme—a high-impact, hands-on initiative designed for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals eager to learn how top-tier e-commerce brands are built, operated, and scaled from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
As an Ecommerce Growth Associate, you will take direct ownership of store performance and drive end-to-end growth initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Store Operations: Launching and managing digital storefronts, ensuring seamless daily marketplace operations and optimal performance.
- Market Intelligence: Conducting deep-dive research into products, consumer behavior, and emerging market trends to identify new growth vectors.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refining product listings, pricing strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) metrics.
- Growth Marketing: Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic and customer acquisition.
- Data Analytics: Analyzing sales metrics and KPIs to uncover actionable insights and maximize revenue generation.
- Strategic Ownership: Taking accountability for ambitious store growth targets and scaling brand presence.

What We Are Looking For
- Location & Right to Work: Currently residing in Ireland with full legal authorization to work (EEA citizenship or existing valid work visa).
- Experience Level: Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong drive to accelerate their career.
- Passion for E-Commerce: A demonstrable interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, startups, or entrepreneurship.
- Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset combined with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Core Attributes: A proactive, high-ownership mentality; comfortable working autonomously and experimenting with innovative ideas in a fast-paced environment.
