# Graduate Electrical Engineer – Candidate Specification

Eligibility
To be considered for this role:
- You must have less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
- You will have a degree in Electrical Engineering (or be currently studying towards one).
- Your application must demonstrate enthusiasm for the role and experience working at Mott MacDonald. This could include studying relevant modules or previous engineering exposure, such as placements or work experience.
Required Attributes
We’re looking for graduates with the following qualities:
- A methodical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to take initiative and work efficiently independently.
- Strong verbal communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members.
- Excellent written communication and close attention to detail, ensuring everything you produce is precise and polished.
