Eligibility Criteria
- Less than 12 months' relevant experience (excluding placements)
- A degree, or expected to achieve one, in Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated interest in the role through relevant experience, such as:
- Studying relevant modules
- Previous work-based experience

- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to use initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently
- Excellent verbal communication skills (ability to confidently liaise with clients/team members)
- Exceptional written communication with meticulous attention to detail
