About the Opportunity
This Building Services, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consultancy specialising in electrical and design solutions is seeking to enhance their Leicester team with a new Graduate Electrical Engineer.
As part of a dynamic engineering team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of building services, including:
- Sustainability
- BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Acoustics
With recent projects securing rapid growth, the consultancy is well-positioned to support ambitious young engineers.

You’ll have access to the latest technologies and will be equipped with software tools to maximise productivity, including:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Relux/Dialux
- Amtech
Reporting to a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll collaborate with a 25-strong Leicester team closely connected to Midlands offices, providing diverse project exposure.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Assess and develop electrical designs in line with industry standards.
- Contribute to BIM implementations and sustainability strategies.
- Support software-based modelling (Revit, AutoCAD, Dialux, etc.).
- Work collaboratively across project teams.
- Take gradual ownership of smaller 独立项目 as independence grows.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related building services design field.
- Undergraduate or emerging engineering enthusiasm.
- A drive for career progression within the built environment sector.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
