Graduate Electronic Product Designer (Sports Equipment)

Graduate Electronic Product Designer (Net World Sports)

You will be a key contributor towards the design and development of both electrical and mechanical products at Net World Sports. You'll help deliver comprehensive diagrams, schematics, drawings and CAD models for a variety of new products, seeing these designs from concept through to delivery to market.


What You’ll Do

  • Contribute towards the development of new product concepts and designs
  • Create technical and accurate CAD models and drawings for manufacturing use (Fusion360 preferred)
  • Produce wiring diagrams and schematics, selecting the required components and their specifications
  • Develop electrical products, including component specification as well as the design of casings, frames, or other mechanical design features
  • Support the development of key vendors, guiding them on the construction and manufacture of products with electrical elements
  • Work within the Products team to overcome complex design and manufacturing challenges
  • Assist in presenting and discussing ideas with suppliers/vendors to create desired prototypes and samples for testing purposes

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in use of CAD to generate models and drawings (Fusion360 or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical circuitry design through the use of CAD tools
  • A passion for design and creativity; an interest in** sport or the sports industry would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss and present complex ideas clearly
  • Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and educate others (both internally and externally)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivated, driven, and reliable with a good work ethic
