Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee – Documentum
Location: Telford, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Work Model: Hybrid (Travel to Office Twice per Week)
Role Overview
Coforge is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees who are eager to build a career in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Open Text Documentum technologies. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are willing to undergo comprehensive training and develop expertise in Documentum-based applications and solutions. The selected candidates will receive structured training and mentoring from experienced professionals and will work on enterprise-scale projects for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs focused on OpenText Documentum and related technologies.
- Learn and support Documentum administration, configuration, and development activities.
- Assist in managing and maintaining enterprise content management solutions.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements.
- Support application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, quality processes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduates (2025 or 2026 pass-outs).
- Strong academic background and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and databases.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Java, SQL, Linux, or Web Technologies.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to content management systems or document management platforms is an advantage.
