Graduate Engineer – Water Systems Optimisation

Coventry | Hybrid

We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist engineering consultancy looking for a Graduate Engineer to join their growing Water team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on major UK water infrastructure projects, developing skills in hydraulic modelling, simulation, automation, and optimisation while tackling real-world environmental challenges.

The Role

  • Analyse and optimise wastewater network performance
  • Work with hydraulic modelling and simulation software
  • Support automation and scenario testing
  • Develop technical tools and improve engineering processes
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers on high-profile projects

About You

  • Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related STEM discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in modelling, simulation or data analysis
  • Coding experience (Python, C# or similar) is advantageous but not essential
