Are you a recent Engineering graduate looking to kick-start your career within a thriving manufacturing environment?
We're working with an established and innovative manufacturer seeking to add a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to its growing engineering team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with experienced engineers, and develop your technical and professional skills in a supportive environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you'll contribute to a variety of projects focused on improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and supporting new product introductions. This role offers exposure to production, quality, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and production engineering activities across the site
- Assist with process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Work with production teams to address engineering challenges and resolve manufacturing issues
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure manufacturing readiness
- Produce and update work instructions, process documentation, and technical reports
- Assist with root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Design Engineering teams

About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and engineering-obsessed graduate who is eager to learn.
You’ll ideally have:
- A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Production, or a related Engineering discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- An interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
- (Placement year or internship experience within manufacturing is advantageous but not essential)
