Full-time | Long-term | September start
📍 Location: Coventry 💰 Salary: £20,000–£25,000 (term-time only)

An Ofsted Good-Outstanding school, with a reputation for delivering high standards and remarkable results, is seeking a Graduate English Teaching Assistant to assist with English Language and Literature curricula from KS3 to KS4.
About the Role
As our Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
- Support classroom learning across KS3–4
- Provide small group and 1:1 intervention to boost attainment
- Assist with lesson preparation and resource management
- Help monitor student progression and provide feedback to teachers
- Promote an inclusive culture of resilience and ambition

Requirements
- 2:1 degree or higher in English or a related subject from a leading university
- A passion for education and working with young people
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
- Desire to pursue a career in education (preferred but not essential)
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
