What You'll Be Doing
This is a sales-driven role where activity creates opportunity.
On a typical day you will:
- Build relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers
- Make outbound calls to develop new business opportunities
- Source and engage candidates across the technology market
- Manage interviews and recruitment processes
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Work towards and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Develop a specialist market and personal brand
You'll quickly build skills in sales, negotiation, business development, relationship management and communication.
