Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant | Sales Experience Welcome | Uncapped Commission | Clear Progression

About the Role

Looking for a career where your effort directly impacts your earnings and progression? At Tenth Revolution Group, we're looking for ambitious, confident individuals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and want more than just a job. You do not need recruitment experience. What you do need is the drive to succeed, confidence in speaking to people, and the resilience to bounce back from setbacks and keep moving forward.

Why Recruitment?

Recruitment is one of the few careers where your progression and earning potential are genuinely in your hands.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build relationships, develop commercial skills, negotiate deals, grow your own client base and be rewarded directly for your performance.

This isn't a job where you'll wait years for a promotion.

For driven individuals, recruitment can provide:

  • Uncapped commission from day one
  • Structured career progression based on results
  • A high-performance environment where hard work gets recognised
  • Professional development and ongoing support
  • Opportunities to build a long-term, highly rewarding career

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
