Graduate / Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR)

£27,000 – £30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Looking for a career where your personality, confidence, and ambition can directly impact your success? Do you enjoy speaking with new people, building relationships, and opening doors to new opportunities? Are you naturally curious, driven, and eager to develop valuable commercial skills?

We're partnering with a leading organisation that is looking to hire ambitious individuals to join their growing team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). No previous sales experience is required. Instead, we're looking for motivated people with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn.

Whether you're a recent graduate, finishing college, or looking to start your first professional career, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that will invest heavily in your development and provide a clear pathway for progression into Account Executive, Business Development, and leadership positions.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating interest in the company's solutions, and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping to build relationships, understand business challenges, and qualify opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is naturally competitive, and wants to develop a successful career in sales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
