We're looking for a Graduate Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience, skill development, and the chance to contribute to impactful projects from day one. 🙌
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Excellence: A minimum of an A grade in A-Level Mathematics (not equivalent).
- Degree Requirements: A 2:1 or higher in a STEM-related degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: Candidates must have the permanent right to work in the UK, such as Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) or Settled Status under the EU Settlement Scheme. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available.

- Exceptional Problem-Solving: Logical, well-organised, and practical approach to tasks. 🧠
- Quick Learner: Confident, eager to take on responsibility, and able to learn new skills rapidly. 💪
- Teamwork Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate seamlessly. 👫
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literate, with skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to adapt to new systems. 💻
- Client Focus (where applicable): Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 🗣️
