LOCATION: LONDON – HYBRID WORKING
SALARY: UP TO £35,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + EXCELLENT CAREER PROGRESSION
THE OPPORTUNITY
Get Recruited is partnering with a fast-growing and innovative software business seeking a German-speaking Entry-Level Sales Development Representative.
This is an ideal role for those starting or building a long-term career in sales, whether transitioning from roles such as customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact centres. The opportunity provides ongoing development, mentorship, and progression into senior sales positions.
You will join a supportive team where you’ll gain skills in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and taking the first steps in a lucrative sales career.

THE ROLE
- Initiate contact with prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify and assess new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the senior sales team
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and track customer interactions
- Driven towards achievable performance targets with regular progress reviews
- Receive ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced professionals
THE PERSON
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as:
- Customer service
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Contact centre
- Demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and engaging when speaking to people and building rapport
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn and progress
- Resilient with the ability to thrive in target-driven environments
