Graduate Equity Research Analyst - 6-Month Rotational Programme

About Woozle Research Graduate Programme

Woozle Research is offering a 6-month paid graduate programme for ambitious individuals aiming to accelerate their careers in investment research.

Rotation Across Key Research Teams

You’ll spend your time across our two core research teams:

  • Custom Insights Team

    • Design bespoke B2B and B2C surveys
    • Conduct expert interviews with industry specialists
    • Build actionable insights from research loops
  • Expert Connections Team

    • Organise and moderate 1:1 calls and expert panels
    • Support live client mandates

You’ll gain early experience across diverse methodologies, sectors, and client types, including:

  • Hedge funds
  • Private equity firms
  • Consulting companies

What You’ll Do as a Graduate Analyst

You’ll receive training and support while handling critical research tasks:

  • Design and refine targeted surveys and expert interview guides based on live investor queries
  • Conduct and lead expert calls across various sectors
  • Assist in analysing B2B and B2C survey data for patterns, risks, and investment signals
  • Draft summarised insights from research into digestible investment briefs
  • Support senior analysts with live client research
  • Participate in internal trend discussions and risk analysis sessions
  • Receive structured mentorship, performance feedback, and institutional learning support
