Graduate Programme – Estate and Facilities Graduate
Location: Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port
Employment Type: Site Based | Full Time Role 5 days per week Monday-Friday
Start Date: 5th October 2026 (2 Year Fixed Term)

About the Role
The Graduate Estates & Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative, operational and project coordination support across the Estates & Facilities function. The role is designed as a development opportunity for a recent graduate seeking a career in Facilities Management, Estates Management, Workplace Services or Property Operations.
The postholder will support the effective delivery of facilities services, compliance activities, contractor management processes, workplace projects and estate administration while developing a broad understanding of commercial estate and facilities management practices. The role provides foundational experience across operations, compliance, health and safety, supplier management, project coordination and performance reporting.

About you
You are an ambitious and motivated graduate looking to build a successful career in Estates and Facilities Management. Educated to degree level (or expecting to graduate) in a relevant discipline such as Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Surveying, Business Management, Engineering or Construction Management, you possess strong organisational, analytical and communication skills. You are confident managing multiple priorities, producing accurate reports and working with data, while building positive relationships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office, you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in delivering safe, efficient and customer-focused workplace environments. An interest in professional development through bodies such as IWFM, RICS or IOSH, along with any facilities or property-related experience, would be advantageous.
