Entry-Level Graduate Field Sales Opportunity

  • £28,000–£30,000 basic salary

  • Forklift trucks

Your Role & Responsibilities

This is a field sales role, predominantly focused on new business development, with a balanced 20% dedicated to account management.

  • 80% new business: Actively securing and pitching to potential clients.
  • 20% account management: Nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Community coverage: Managing a patch including ME (Medway), TN (Thurrock & North Essex), and CT (Central/Chatham/Taunton) postcodes.

Typically, your week will include:

  • 4 days on-field: Face-to-face meetings visiting clients.
  • 1 day office-based: Admin, reporting, and development tasks from home.

As a graduate, training covers:

  • Shadowing experienced sales team members.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • A degree (any discipline) from a recognised university.
  • A valid UK driving license (essential for fieldwork).
  • Strong confidence and communication skills for face-to-face conversations.
  • A target-driven mindset and eagerness to grow.
