Saltus has grown at around 40% per annum throughout its life, and today manages over £11bn in client assets - with plans to reach £20bn over the next three years. We're looking for an ambitious graduate to join our Finance team and help support one of the UK's fastest growing wealth management businesses.

This is an opportunity to build a long term career in finance, gaining hands on experience across management accounting, revenue accounting, financial reporting, treasury and business analysis while studying towards a professional qualification with our full support.

You don't need extensive finance experience. We're looking for someone intelligent, curious and motivated who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers and learning new things. If you're keen to develop your skills, take ownership and build a successful career in finance, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Saltus?

Our mission is to improve everyone’s relationship with their wealth: to make it a positive force for their future and at the same time to prevent it being a source of anxiety. We want everyone who works at Saltus to be proud to work here, and to find fulfilment and meaning in the work that they do.

We are a successful LLP, with a number of offices across England including London, Bath, Newcastle and South Wales. We are incredibly proud of our culture and work really hard to ensure that Saltus is a great place to work for our people, where they can have fun and grow in their career, with a passion for excellence and customer service.

Saltus is an independently owned financial planning and discretionary investment management house. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality service for private clients, trusts, and smaller institutions.

Saltus Partners was founded in 2004 and has grown organically and through a small number of carefully integrated acquisitions. Originally the business started out as an investment manager and has now developed the financial planning side of the offering, putting this at the forefront of the client relationship.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
