Graduate Finance Broker – Commercial Finance

Your sport gave you the mindset. This role gives you the arena.

Salary: £36,000 (OTE £60,000–£80,000 on completion – six figures within reach) Location: Northampton, East Midlands Type: Graduate Fast-Track Programme | Permanent

YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO WIN

  • You’ve trained in the cold.
  • You’ve competed injured.
  • You’ve lost a final and returned stronger the next season.
  • You understand how to push through when every instinct screams to stop—only to triumph on the other side.

We’re looking for that kind of person. Not just someone who played sport—someone who specialised, who led, who felt the pressure of a team depending on them and rose to the occasion. Because that mindset is the secret ingredient for success in commercial finance sales.

WHY COMMERCIAL FINANCE?

  • One of the most dynamic and impactful sectors in UK business.
  • As a broker, you’ll help SMEs—the backbone of the UK economy—access funding to invest, hire, grow, and survive.
  • Work across business loans, working capital finance, asset & equipment finance, and growth capital. Every deal is unique.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
