THE ROLE – JUNIOR BROKER
This is a high-volume, outbound-first sales role. Expect intense activity but a steep and fast-paced learning curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting to UK SMEs via phone and digital outreach
- Consultative qualification—deep insights into clients’ commercial needs
- CRM management and pipeline reporting
- Progress to a full Sales Executive role with enhanced OTE* (£60,000–£80,000)
WHO YOU ARE
Essential Criteria:
- Strong A-Level results (A/A equivalent)*
- 2:1 or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related subject
- Teamwork experience (competitive sport, group projects, volunteering, etc.)
- Leadership demonstrated (e.g., team captain, student society president)
- Eagles to develop a career in sales, not just tolerate it—you thrive on challenge
- Resilience built from overcoming adversity and bouncing back stronger
