About The Role
As a Finance Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting financial operations and decision-making across the business. You’ll work on a variety of projects that require strong analytical skills and a commitment to building a career in finance. This role offers hands-on experience with complex financial processes and data analysis.

What You’ll Do as a Finance Consultant
You’ll support financial operations and transformation activity through responsibilities such as:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring in-year performance and analysing financial trends
- Financial Reporting: Producing clear, accurate and insightful financial reports for senior stakeholders
- Data Analysis: Interpreting financial data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas
- Controls & Governance: Supporting compliance, audit readiness and financial assurance activities
- Business Partnering: Working with operational teams to understand their financial needs and ensure strong financial decision-making
- Project Support: Contributing to finance-related workstreams within wider organisational change programmes

What makes a great Grayce Consultant?
Education
- A minimum 2:1 degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (or strong finance work experience if not degree-qualified).
Technical Knowledge
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Power BI experience is a plus.

Skills
