Do you want to launch your career in wealth management
The best financial advice isn't built on spreadsheets alone, it's built on understanding people's lives, ambitions and long-term goals.

As an independent financial planning and investment management firm, we help individuals, families and business owners make confident decisions about their financial future. Our advice is built on trust, integrity and long-term relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

As a Graduate Financial Planner, you'll gain first-hand exposure to the complete financial planning process. Working alongside experienced Financial Planners, you'll develop technical expertise in investment management, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies and wealth preservation while contributing to meaningful work from your first day.
If you're intellectually curious, enjoy solving complex problems and want to build a long-term career in wealth management, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to learn every stage of the financial advice process while supporting experienced advisers and developing the technical knowledge needed to become a trusted financial planning professional.
You'll work closely with advisers, paraplanners and clients, gaining practical experience that goes far beyond a traditional graduate role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
