About the Role
Join our Global Recruiting team in London and gain hands-on experience in international recruiting within a dynamic and intercultural environment. Working closely with recruiting teams worldwide, you'll contribute to global recruiting operations, online recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and much more.
What You'll Do
- Gain insight into the strategic and technological aspects of global recruiting, going far beyond traditional candidate management activities
- Contribute to international recruiting projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and supporting implementation across multiple regions
- Support global online recruiting activities, helping to maintain our career pages and presence on external recruiting platforms to ensure a consistent and professional employer brand
- Help to create and maintain recruiting guidelines, processes, and knowledge-sharing documents for our recruiting teams while complying with corporate identity
- Learn and support recruiting processes across the full candidate lifecycle, including receiving training in interview methodologies and candidate assessment practices
- Assist with recruiting reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis that support our global recruiting teams with continuous improvement

What You'll Bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, (Business) Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
- First practical experience through internships, placement years, or an entry-level role
- Passionate about exploring new technologies, AI, and innovative ways of working, with a continuous learning and collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical skills combined with confidence using the Microsoft Office suite and newest AI tools
- Excellent English communication skills. Additional language skills such as French, Italian, Dutch, German, or others considered as a strong asset, as you will collaborate with recruiting teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures
