We are currently looking for ambitious, creative graduates to join a leading investment manager in their London office. This is a great opportunity for graduates to work in a very dynamic environment while applying creativity and design.
The Purpose of the Role
- To use visual design to communicate complex investment data and concepts in a clear and effective manner through infographic design and data visualisation
- Production of any other corporate documents for internal and/or external use, to corporate style and quality
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines throughout all materials
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high standards of creative yet disciplined and consistent infographic and visual design that allows investment teams to portray a clear message to clients and prospects
- Efficient and timely creation and updating of presentation materials for external use; in both manual and automated settings
- Collaboration with Global Presentations team to ensure high quality, accurate and timely Client Review and Marketing Book production
- Recognising whether information presented in documents is accurate and up to date, using an understanding of the financial market and the business
- Ensuring all work produced is of a high standard and follows branding and style guidelines, with a good understanding of infographic design and data communication concepts
- Ensuring work is efficiently filed electronically following best practice and documenting processes and best practice approaches
- Maintaining and creating internal documents for ease of communication in the business
- Working on, and where appropriate, leading on various special projects

- Creative, self-motivated individual with an eager eye for communication design and infographics
- Results focused – leadership and planning skills, working efficiently independently and as part of an evolving, successful team
- Proactive in taking action and achieving measurable outcomes
- Forward thinking and keen to add value by independently originating ideas and suggestions for improvement of processes
- Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
