Graduate Growth Lead

Graduate Sales Appointment Role

NRTH · Manchester

Most will say cold outbound is dead. Wrong. They’re just not good at it.

NRTH is building the system getting small businesses paid on time—through automated Direct Debit, distributed via accountants running the UK’s small firms. Early-stage, live customers, and founders hands-on.

This is your chance to build sales from the ground up.

The Mission

Every business owner knows the pain: invoice sent → silence → chase for unpaid work while bills pile up. NRTH fixes this. Now, we’re pushing this solution to UK accountants—you’re the first voice they hear.

The Role

  • Start conversations from scratch with firms who’ve never heard of us.
  • Research firms, locate decision-makers, pick up the phone, and book meetings.
  • Learn call scripts, objection handling, hooks, and sequences—then refine them.
  • No shadowing. Own targets from day one, report to founders, and shape the future of the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
