About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, driven, and collaborative Senior Growth Marketer (or similar growth-focused role). We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment where impact, expetectation, and growth are fundamental priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand: Develop deep expertise in your product's business model, core drivers, and market landscape.
  • Analyze: Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to uncover high-performing strategies. Uncover insights from user and product data to drive smarter decision-making.
  • Ideate: Turn analytical findings into data-backed hypotheses for growth and monetisation opportunities. Compile insights from experiments and competitor research to guide innovation.
  • Test: Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and experiments with real users. Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to validate ideas and iterate fast.
  • Scale: Expand successful initiatives company-wide while continuously applying learnings to refine future efforts.
