We’re looking for a Data-Driven Growth Analyst to shape growth strategies, experiment rigorously, and turn insights into scalable wins. You’ll wear many hats—analyst, growth hacker, and operations orchestrator—while driving data-backed decision-making across entire product areas.
Responsibilities
A sample of what you’ll take on:
- Develop deep, intuitive knowledge of the product ecosystem, its business model, and the critical levers driving revenue—understanding both the immediate challenges and the long-term opportunity horizons.
- Harness AI, automation, and advanced analytics to scrutinise high-performing campaigns, cluster user behaviour patterns, and uncover actionable biases and efficiencies in product and monetisation paths.
- Translate high-volume data into a differentiated narrative: break down large-scale test results, competitor tactics, and forecast models into clear hypotheses to prioritise.
- Elevate experimentation capabilities: design and run controlled-scope tests (A/B, multi-armed bandits, feature toggles) that bend the mean towards growth. Partner intensely with engineers, designers, and marketing teams to execute, iterate based on feedback, and unlock perpetual learning loops.
- Short-circuit adoption barriers: identifying white-space opportunities where hyper-localised marketing messaging or GitHub-seal upsells could tip product causal curves.
- Drive compliance & efficiency: Advocate for fair automation policies, ensuring our group strategies (chatbot playbooks, segment routing) never penalise customer trust or brand consistency.
- Partner with leadership: Present analytical frameworks that help CEOs, Heads of Product, and senior stakeholders select bold experiments strategically.

You’ll need to blend:
Cognitive & Analytical Depth
- The ability to time-travel through data: pinpoint if a decline in retention signals poor onboarding, churn causation, or methodological decay in चार raconter entrée.

- Lifting required skill sensitists with (London): £85,797 (for fresh talent) / up to £112,189 for seniorists
