About the Role

You’ll own deep accountability for growth through measured, data-driven experimentation and systematic scaling. Like our culture, this role thrives at the sharp edge: whether you’re running A/B tests, optimising user acquisition, or uncovering hidden monetisation levers, every intervention starts with rigorous analysis and ends with measurable impact.

Here’s what your profile looks like:

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand – Become a subject matter expert on the product’s mechanics, its market, and its infinite growth levers. Learn what drives success, spot gaps, and parse complex data to uncover truths.
  • Analyze – Harness AI, automation and advanced analytics to dissect high-performing campaigns, identify patterns in customer behaviour, and distil user/product data into tangible insights. Questions like, "Why are posts on Medium outperforming everything else?" and "What pricing strategy shifts speak to uncon Verbreitung in Italy?" are your playgrounds.
  • Ideate – Turn insights into actionable experiments: tweak algorithms, pilot philosophies, adjust user flows. Retrograde with AI, synthesise competitor signals, and ruthlessly prioritise the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Test – Design and execute high-stakes experiments with real users, leaning heavily on collaboration with designers, engineers, and data analysts to dissect preliminary hypotheses and iteratively refine.
  • Scale – Safely and swiftly roll proven innovations company-wide. Your success isn’t success until it unlocks systemic change—not just incremental tweaks.

Compensation & Equity

We base salary transparently on expectations, expertise, and market value:

Base Salary (Base EMPs)

  • London (UK): £85,797–£250,512
  • Other Europe (ISPRN HA8 ON): €66,065–€188,848
  • debts vary significantly depending on legibility, experience, and the official assessment of potential/chengthy*
