Graduate Quality Assurance (QA) Program
Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is looking for exceptional graduates and postgraduates with outstanding academic ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for technology to join our Graduate Quality Assurance (QA) Program.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, spotting patterns others miss, and want to build a career in software quality, automation, and technology, this is an opportunity to accelerate your career in a fast-growing SaaS business where you will work on real products from day one.
Please note: This is a highly selective graduate program. Applicants must have achieved A-Level Further Mathematics alongside a minimum 2:1 degree in a highly analytical discipline.
About the Program
Our structured 12-month Graduate Quality Assurance Program has been designed to develop the next generation of QA professionals. While previous commercial experience isn't required, we are looking for candidates with exceptional academic achievement, strong analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for technology. We will provide the training, support, and real-world experience to help you build a successful career in software quality.
You will begin by developing a strong understanding of our business through structured placements across our Operations teams, including:
- Customer Support
- Customer Onboarding
- Risk
These placements provide valuable insight into our products, customers, and business processes before you progress into our specialist Quality Assurance team.

About the Role
As a Graduate QA Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring our software products are reliable, high-performing, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Testing new software features and enhancements.
- Executing manual and automated test cases.
- Identifying, reproducing, and documenting software defects.
- Working closely with Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvements to testing processes and quality standards.
- Developing your knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation.
Training & Professional Development
Throughout the Program, you will receive structured training and work towards industry-recognised certifications, including:
- PRINCE2 Agile
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- ISTQB Foundation Certification
- ISTQB Advanced Certification
Successful completion of the Program can lead to a permanent role within our Quality Assurance team, subject to performance, with continued professional development and long-term career progression.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for academically outstanding graduates who enjoy solving problems, thinking logically, and continuously learning.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or above) in a highly analytical discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or another closely related subject.
- Excellent A-Level results, including A-Level Further Mathematics.
- Outstanding logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and continuously improve.
- The right to work in the United Kingdom.
