United Media focuses on building large-scale media and conference products across sectors such as insurance (Insurtech Insights), HR (HRtechX), private equity (Private Equity Insights), finance (CFO Insights), and retail (Retail Insights). We have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired 1.

Your office will be at our London HQ (Buckingham Gate). Growth happens at the speed of trust—expect a dynamic, in-person work environment where culture drives results.
Your Responsibilities
- CEO Alignment: Participate in weekly strategy and lunchtime recruiting sessions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and nurture potential talent for outreach.
- CV Screening: Lead the first stage of the recruitment process, filtering and evaluating candidates.
- Software Mastery:
- Maintain and update Greenhouse (recruitment software).
- Optimise job postings and descriptions to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Ensure synchronisation between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
- Reporting: Work closely with senior recruiters and the CEO.

What We Expect from You
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding academic results.
- Location: Must be eligible for a UK work permit.
- Passion for People: Natural ability to build rapport and comfort in discussions.
- Proactive Ownership: Take full responsibility for tasks, follow through on commitments, and demonstrate initiative.
- Desire to Learn: Willingness to grow, adapt, and push boundaries—We’ll train you from scratch.
Note: No prior experience required. Start date: Flexible (onsite, Monday to Friday).
