About the Role
As a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating a healthy and safe workplace. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to learn best practices, support training sessions, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to projects that make a real difference.
You Will Learn How To
- Support the Health and Safety Manager in delivering a professional advisory service across operational units.
- Assist managers, engineers, and operational teams in meeting their health and safety responsibilities.
- Conduct workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and propose improvements.
- Help ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Gain experience in ISO 45001:2023 accreditation processes.
Qualifications Required
You will be a recent graduate, with a degree in a science discipline and demonstrate a strong interest in Health & Safety. You will be willing to work towards a NEBOSH certificate through guided support and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
