Graduate Executive Search Consultant
Legal, Consultancy or AI Markets | London | High-Earning Career
Are you academically strong, commercially minded and confident speaking with ambitious, intelligent people?
Do you know how to build trust quickly, ask thoughtful questions and influence the way others think?
We are working with highly specialised Executive Search firms in London that are looking to hire exceptional graduates for roles focused on the Legal, Management Consultancy and Artificial Intelligence markets.
No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters is your intelligence, curiosity, resilience and ability to communicate with credibility.
What is Executive Search?
Executive Search is a research-led, relationship-focused career in which you help leading businesses identify and hire high-performing professionals.
Your client may be a law firm, consultancy, technology company or specialist AI business with a critical vacancy to fill. Your role is to identify talented people working in the market, engage them in intelligent conversations and understand whether a new opportunity could advance their career.
You will regularly speak with highly qualified, successful and in-demand professionals. They are not always actively looking for a new role, so success requires confidence, commercial awareness and the ability to build genuine trust.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
