Graduate Homologation Engineer

We are now recruiting for a Graduate Homologation Engineer to join our Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will support the Homologation and Compliance teams in ensuring that converted wheelchair accessible vehicles meet all applicable regulatory and type approval requirements.

Hours and Salary

  • Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, with flexible start and finishing times between 7am and 6pm, totalling 37.5 hours per week.
  • The salary is £26,227.50 per annum.

Main Duties

  • Assisting with regulatory documentation, testing activities, and conformity of production processes.
  • Compile, review, and archive test reports for in-house and external testing.
  • Monitor OEM vehicle type approval status and identify applicable regulatory changes.
  • Support Conformity of Production (CoP) checks, including inspection records and audit documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments (engineering, production, quality) to support compliance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Beng) or a related applied science.
  • Experience of working with technical data, reports, or structured datasets in a STEM environment (academic or practical).
  • Ability to prepare, analyse and interpret technical documentation and information.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
