Graduate Homologation Engineer
We are now recruiting for a Graduate Homologation Engineer to join our Engineering department.
Key Responsibilities
- You will support the Homologation and Compliance teams in ensuring that converted wheelchair accessible vehicles meet all applicable regulatory and type approval requirements.
Hours and Salary
- Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, with flexible start and finishing times between 7am and 6pm, totalling 37.5 hours per week.
- The salary is £26,227.50 per annum.

Main Duties
- Assisting with regulatory documentation, testing activities, and conformity of production processes.
- Compile, review, and archive test reports for in-house and external testing.
- Monitor OEM vehicle type approval status and identify applicable regulatory changes.
- Support Conformity of Production (CoP) checks, including inspection records and audit documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments (engineering, production, quality) to support compliance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Beng) or a related applied science.
- Experience of working with technical data, reports, or structured datasets in a STEM environment (academic or practical).
- Ability to prepare, analyse and interpret technical documentation and information.
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
