HR Partner – Human Resources (Graduate Role)

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as an HR Partner. The HR Partner will be the frontline HR representative to the Team Lead and Area Manager client group within the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
Role Overview
As an integral part of the HR team, you will:
- Drive a positive Associate experience through facilitating engagement activities and managing complex employee queries.
- Handle low-risk employee cases (including conflict resolutions) and support investigations for employee relations issues.
- Partner with operations and HR teams to execute standard company-wide programs while seeking opportunities to invent and simplify.

Core Duties
- Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR-related topics
- Manage employee cases in line with local legislation
- Support investigations as per legal compliance standards
- Improve the workplace environment and employee engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on hiring, recruiting, and engagement initiatives
- Develop and maintain communication plans with the HR team
- Lead or support HR projects as assigned
- Collect and analyze data to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment, and engagement initiatives
- Conduct compliance audits and apply knowledge of local employment law (under managerial supervision)

Basic Qualifications
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Experience in analyzing data and creating leadership reports
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive HR information
- Completed a university degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Understanding of basic employment law and HR/payroll practices
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, or international environment
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources (HR)
- Skill in engaging diverse stakeholders across varying seniority levels
